    Terrible Community, Terrible Management. Issues go unfixed for MONTHS, constant issues w/ key system always leaving you locked out, “amenities” always broken and never get fixed. Common areas left a mess, vomit and feces other day all over the mailroom and community bathrooms that because it was a holiday they said would have to wait. Homeless people sleeping in hallways. Health and safety issues out the wazooo, move on, way better places to live!

    The management of this community is horribly bad. My issue was trying to renew my lease for mid February 2018 with the manager "Bailey". I started my action around mid November 2017 and trying to get help but it was difficult to contact with the manager. - Not working phone number. - Not working community e-mail. - Not working trouble reporting system. Therefore, I have to come by the leasing office by myself and charge on my personal time off. That was extremely exhausted for me to get the renewal document. However, there are multiple mistake have been made on the document. - Parking addendum description was missing. - additional Lock & Key fees has been wrongly charged. - Prorated first month charge was wrongly calculated. It was stupid that took over one week to fix the renewal document. But even more, the resident portal was not listing the correct amount of base rent, it seems Bailey was not able to calculate and put the correct amount into the system. Therefore, I was not able to pay my first renewal rent. I went through lots of e-mail conversation in multiple days and finally get it done. To sum, the entire process to renew my lease took over 2 month to be finished. I have charge lots of my personal time (~10hr) trying to fix the mistake that made by the manager. Right now, I am extremely disappointed and will find out the upper manager to report this issue.
